  • Do I need to create an account so I can place an order?

    You can place an order without creating an account and check out as a guest, but if you have an account you can benefit of storing your information, so you will not have to enter it again for your subsequent orders

  • How will I know my order has been received?

    Right after confirming your order, we will display a confirmation message with your order number. You will also receive a summary and receipt via email. If you've created an account, your order will be visible in "my account/ my orders"

  • How can I check the status of my order?

    Upon placing your order, you first receive an email confirmation with your order number; this is also your receipt. Once your order is shipped, you receive a confirmation email that it has been shipped with your tracking number and a link. To track your order, click on the link in your email shipping notification.


  • How can I change my shipping address?

    You can change your address during the checkout process or if you have an account you can edit or change your address at anytime. BUT: Once an order has been placed, we are unable to change the address as the order is immediately transferred to our warehouse for processing.

  • How do I change or cancel an order?

    Orders are processed as soon as you submit them and CANNOT be cancelled or modified. This is to ensure you receive your order as fast as possible

    Yes, since we do not use any animal products or by-products

    No, all our products are paraben-free.

    Parabens are a type of preservative, first introduced in the 1950s. They're used to prolong shelf life in many health and beauty products by preventing the growth of mould and bacteria within them

  • How do I know if any certain product is suitable for my skin type?

    In order to display the products that are suitable for your skin type, you have to filter the products " By concern" and the list of products that is made for your skin type will be viewable.

    Also you can check underneath each product has an icon whether its suitable for all skin types or only for a certain skin type only

  • When should I stop using Mineraline products?

    While we are confident that mineraline products will improve your skin, if your skin is sensitive, we recommend testing any product on a small area before applying thoroughly.

    Do not use any product if you have allegy to any of its' ingredients

    Discontinue use immediately if rash, irritation, or discomfort develops.

  • When should I start using "Time it!" range?

    Our experts recommend to start using anti-aging products at the age 25 with a proper skincare routine, since the first signs of aging starts to appear post 30

  • How should I properly store my products

    Keep your products properly stored and cared for in order to prolong their effectiveness and thereby maximize your results. keep them stored in a cool spot. Try to avoid direct sunlight and steam to get the most out of our formulas.
